■To understand the types and quantities of your belongings and ensure safe and smooth service execution, we will collect the following information when you request moving services: your name, current address, destination address, phone number, mobile phone number, email address, contact details, details of your belongings (types, quantities, etc.), and bank account number required for payment.
For international moves, we will also obtain the documents required for customs clearance procedures requested by customs authorities (such as passport copies, reservation confirmation, or boarding pass).
The personal information we collect will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above.
■Regarding the acquisition of personal information in connection with notifications to the competent authorities.
We may obtain personal information through a My Number Card (excluding the Individual Number), passport, driver’s license, certificate of residence, or other official identification documents in order to fulfill our obligations to submit notifications and reports to the competent authorities in accordance with the Plant Protection Act.
The personal information obtained will be used solely for notification and reporting procedures to the competent authorities in accordance with the Plant Protection Act and will not be used for any other purposes.

We will not engage in outsourcing for any purpose other than those stated above.
