Cross-border EC Import Procedures

Arrival/Import Declaration

When the cargo arrives at the destination airport/port, we pick up the cargo and bring it into the bonded warehouse of the importing country. We scan imports, prepare import declarations, and file the declarations through the international WMS system

Customs clearance and sorting

Once import permission is granted by customs, the goods are scanned out and sorted by a courier company using an automatic sorting equipment (material handling equipment), and then they are sorted by region.

Completion of delivery

The goods are handed over to a local courier company in the importing country to begin delivery.

Start of delivery

Once the goods are delivered to the customer via the courier company’s local delivery network, a delivery completion report is sent via EDI communication between the courier company and the international WMS.
